Baron Van Pyre the Bear was introduced on 31st August 2007.
He is almost identical to the previous vampire bear Beanie Baby, Count, except that Count has a purple belt, whereas Baron Van Pyre’s belt is red.
He was retired on 27th December 2007.

I have a Baron von Pyre with a birthdate of October 20, 2006. The only information I find on Baron von Pyre is a birthdate of October 20,2007. Could this be a mistake that makes him a little more valuable?
