Description

Peanut is made from a deep royal blue coloured material with black button eyes and has a long trunk. The inside of his ears are peach coloured and he has a royal blue coloured tail.

Collectors note

Peanut the Royal Blue Elephant was introduced on 3rd June 1995.

The Royal Blue version was quickly retired on 2nd October 1995 due to it’s colour being a production error, and subsequently a light blue Peanut the Elephant was released. The Royal Blue version is one of the most rare and valuable Beanie Babies in existence, fetching high prices when sold.

A Beanie Buddy version of the Royal Blue Peanut was introduced in 1998, and a McDonald’s Teenie Beanie in 2000.
