Maddie is made from a scruffy brown material with large sparkly pink and black button eyes and a black nose. She has a peach coloured tongue sticking out from her mouth and peach coloured material for the inside of her floppy ears. She wears a bright pink glittery ribbon on top of her head.

Her birthday is on 28th March.
This is the small 6″ version of Maddie with a we.org swing tag. A 6″ retail version of Maddie was also released, along with a medium retail Beanie Boo Buddy version and a key clip.
